The casting liquid rubber are usually bi-component products that once mixed with special catalyst, cure at room temperature forming a stable and not reversible compound.

Some type of casting liquid rubber are one component for example the Latex. The main product family are silicone rubbers, polyurethane rubbers and latex.
All ours liquid rubbers are waterproofing

SILICONE RUBBERS (divided into two main categories):

• Poly condensation base - Ratio 100:5 in weight
• Poly addition base - Ratio 1:1 and 10:1 in weight

POLYURETHANE RUBBERS (two different types):

• Self release - Ratio 1:1 in weight or different according to the type and hardness
• Not self release - Ratio 1:1 in weight or different according to the type and hardness

NATURAL LATEX (two types of products):

• Natural Latex 60 % - one-component - hot reticulation
• Pre vulcanized Latex - one-component - room temperature or hot reticulation

Properties of liquid rubber and types

SILICONE RUBBERS

Liquid silicone rubbers can be used either for the realization of elastic moulds or for the realization of objects such us seals, prototypes, elastic models. The silicone moulds are used in many applicative sectors such us decorative candles, artistic sector for the realization of gypsum or cement statues and objects, artistic foundry, rapid prototyping, models (moulds for the realization of models), modeling, architectural restoration (moulds for the realization of parts of architectural monuments and historic buildings), shoe industry, pad printing, special effects and many other scenography application.

POLYURETHANE RUBBERS

Liquid rubbers polyurethane base can be used either for the realization of elastic moulds or for the realization of objects such us seals, elastic rods, prototypes. The polyurethane moulds are used in many applicative sectors such us art works (gypsum or cement statues, cornices, objects), models (realization of polyurethane rubber models), modeling (realization of polyurethane rubber modelings), special effects and scenography, imitation stone and faux stone (realization of polyurethane rubber panels and siding, impression of the shape of the stone on the cement surface)

NATURAL LATEX

The latex is one component liquid rubber usually used for the realization of flexible moulds for different aims for example in the special effects and scenography sectors. Or to realize final objects such us latex gloves.
